  Stop drinking water 2 hours prior to bed as personally it makes me get up in the night for the toilet.
REST
Resting is where your muscles repair themselves. If you are tired then rest. Your body is telling you something. Be aware that alcohol , sleep and poor food choices impair your fat burning and muscle building processes
Resting is adaption . I like to take active rests with walks on the beach with the dog and stretching and foam rolling to release inevitable tension
STRESS
Stress in small amounts is good for us. That is what we are doing with exercise and fasting. Stress makes the body adapt and we want the body to continue to adapt in order to burn fat
However , elevated stress leads to the release of cortisol which impairs fat burning and in fact leads to fat storing. This can stand in the way of your fat burn
ITS YOUR JOB to keep your stress in check and in fact exercise is the best stress buster
If work or family life is getting on top of you then take yourself out for a walk, jog, bike, anything . Breathe and relax
STRESS is a silent killer - its not worth it to STRESS over things - change them or remove yourself from them controlling you .
