FASTING
We only have 2 modes :
FAT BURNING or FAT STORING there is nothing in-between
When you eat - you are storing fat and when you are not eating you are burning fat
We want to optimise fat burning so the rules are :
1. If you are not hungry DO NOT EAT
2. Please forget everything you have been told and listen to me
3. Eventually we want to eat 2 meals a day - we really do not need
more than this - trust me I am a former competitive endurance
athlete
4. When you are burning fat you will feel amazing, you will have
more energy and you will be able to go for longer without food 5. We are changing your body from a fat storer - carbohydrate
eater TO a fat burning machine.
6. Trust the process
7. Working out on an empty stomach enhances fat burning do this
as much as you can
8. Eating or drinking ANYTHING no matter how small BREAKS the
fast
9. Use BLACK unsweetened coffee or green tea and water to
increase your fat loss
10. If you can still grab fat then you still have fuel
Apparently most of us could last over 3 weeks without eating a thing !
