WHAT IS A REST DAY ?
Remember this is your life plan - changing your habits into healthy routines. We do this gradually so as not to overwhelm you
Your target is to move as much as possible during the course fo the day
You should be logging as many steps as possible
Even if you have an office job or you work aboard a yacht - an area where you do not walk to and from work etc. Walk your space
WALKING IS THE KEY TO FAT BURNING
The secret is to move your body that’s what we were designed for !
There are 5 days of full workouts. You will do each workout once a week. Take
Wednesdays and Sundays OFF for full recovery. We are doing a 2 days on/1 day off... 3 days on/2 day off split.
