  WELCOME to the 90 DAY FAT TO FLAT BELLY CHALLENGE !!!!!!! Are we going to kick ass or what ?
I am so excited that you have signed up to make a positive change in your life - with me !!!!
Every workout will be an advanced version every week in order to challenge you . The exercises include all the fundamentals of a basic training programme so once you are confident with the movements we can then move you onto more advanced training
We begin with an assessment - included are moderations but I want you to try to push yourself a little more each time .
The exercises throughout the programme are the same - although you will be progressing . Push , Pull, Hinge, Squat and Loaded carry. These are all you need in a resistance programme - perfecting these will have you well on the way to my more advanced technical programmes.
I have been strength training my entire life and this is still my basic programme with other practices thrown in. Any good coach who knows their s**t will base your programme on these fundamental human movements
