What you will need for this programme
Equipment :
1. Heart rate monitor :
For example an Apple Watch or Garmin or Polar ( are the brands I specifically recommend but what ever works for you ) 2. Swiss ball ( blow up ball )
3. Mat
4. Weighted bar, Dumbells or kettlebells
5. Strap on ankle weights and ( optional ) wrist weights . And or rucking - weighted vest ( decathlon sell all these things otherwise amazon ?)
6. Measuring tape
7.Set weighing scales - or use the local pharmacy
8. You may also want some food scales ?
9.Slow cooker - healthy meals and bone broth
9. Sprouting jars ( health food shop or Amazon )
10. Water
11. Kick ass determination and focus
