  What will change will be your range of motion, coordination and strength will improve and then you can add weights. We can never stay the same - we must always be changing time, intensity, duration, weight- resistance , just like everything in life progression is all about improving.

Measurements
Weight and if possible Body fat percentage If not no problem Resting Heart Rate and blood pressure
MEDICAL CHECK ( Optional but recommended )
Ask your Doctor for a comprehensive medical check to include :
Your blood pressure and heart rate
Your levels of vitamins and minerals including :
Iron, magnesium, vitamin D, omega 3
Cholesterol
CrP ( C reactive Protein ) - flags infection and inflammation Glucose
Cortisol
Comprehensive Poo ( usually 3 samples for 3 days ) and Pee test
