Take 1kg of all the vegetables you like except potatoes and gently simmer in some water until soft . Toss the vegetables away and keep the vegetable broth.
Drink a big bowl of this broth first thing in the morning, lunch time and then in the evening
Allow 3 hours before bed
Repeat this vegetable broth the following day
NO OTHER FOOD is allowed and no solids - this gives your digestive system a complete break
Following this you are ready to begin your programme and already you will have not only cleaned out your system, had a good rest, lost weight but you will have altered your appetite and should find that already you are not eating as much

Eat as many herbs as you like - they are full of health benefits. Cilantro or coriander is a natural detox, nourishing your liver. As you lose body fat the toxins from the fat will be released into your body so you need to make sure you flush them out with plenty of water, sweating
( exercise ) and coriander /cilantro and lemon juice
Eat lots of greens - the chlorophyll which gives vegetables their green colour is super Nutritious - this is life form directly transferred by the suns energy. Seaweed is also good, Nori wraps are a great way to avoid traditional wraps
Chia seeds soaked and psyllium husk also help with bulking out your meals and ensure the quick transition of food through your gut.
