Protein BUY ORGANIC or pasture raised.
Whole chicken - cook in slow cooker- use the meat and then put bones back in for stock Liver : for pate or stir fried liver
Excellent cut of steak
Fish ocean caught where possible
Salmon or trout fillets
Frozen shrimp
Cans of sardines and anchovies ( excellent omega 3 ) add to salads
As many vegetables as you like ( soups, salads, steamed or stir friend vegetables ) Fresh herbs : basil, coriander, parsley, chives etc
Mixed greens ( spinach, rocket, lambs lettuce, etc )
Avocado
Broccoli
Spinach
Cucumber
Carrots
Celery
Tomatos
Sweet Potato
