  IDEAS FOR DINNER
( stick to your vegetable and cheese guidelines )
Cauliflower, broccoli and Brussel sprout cheese bake
Mixed vegetable cheese bake
Curried cauliflower and garbanzo / chickpea soup
Grilled salmon or trout with steamed veggies ( spinach, broccoli, cauliflower ) Stir fry with prawns, beef, chicken, salmon and thinly sliced veggies
Steak and vegetables
Roasted vegetables and roasted chicken
Fish or chicken roasted in a wrap ( see the bonus Recipe book )
Slow cooked lamb or chicken ( use your slow cooker ) Recipe on my instagram @katiehandysidetraining
For mashed veggies use sweet potato or cauliflower
For pasta use finely sliced courgette
Top tip : if you google recipes stick to ‘paleo “ suggestions .
