Ingredients:
1 tablespoon ghee, avocado oil, or coconut oil 1 cup any leftover veggies
4 large organic eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sea salt Freshly-ground black pepper
Feel free to put what ever veggies you like inside and optional a tablespoon of grated parmesan for the top
Whisk everything up and place in a pan on the stove top or a quiche dish ( essentially this is quiche without the pastry ! )
Pre heat oven to 180’ , grease a tin or quiche disk or pop on the hob on a medium heat bake for around 20-30 minutes - or until firm to the touch .
If using a pan on the hob , you will know when the underside is cooked ( 10 minutes on a medium heat roughly ) pop under the grill to brown the top .
