      Golf ball stretch\u000AFantastic for tight hamstrings\u000A Step 1\u000AFirst of all forward bend at the waist and see how far down your hands flop in front of you\u000ANote how tight you are in the back of the legs and if you are particularly inflexible you should feel very stiff and awkward at this point\u000AStep 2\u000APlace a golf ball underneath your foot and find a pressure point that is tender - you may need to adda bit of pressure at this point . Once you find it - hold it and press- fairly hard but not too hard - do not injure your foot.\u000A Step 3\u000AHold this pressure point for 30\u2019\u000A Step 4\u000AFind 3 other points and repeat as above\u000A Step 5\u000ARepeat on the other side\u000A Forward bend again\u000AYou should be much looser and your hands should be further down towards the floor\u000AYou can use this golf ball trick whilst seated at your desk\u000A
