MASTER & GUEST CABINS
• TheMastercabinisgivenpriorityoverotherGuestcabinsandallother housekeeping duties
• WhentheMasterbecomesavailablethecabinsgirlshouldgostraighttothecabin unless half way through another cabin in which case the laundry girl can attend to the Master cabin. Either way, a Stewardess must attend to the Master cabin ASAP once the Principles have vacated
• Knockonthedoorandmakeyourselfbeknownonentrytothecabinorbathroom to make sure that the Guests have not returned
• Turnlightsonfull
• Fullyraiseblinds–leavetransparentshuttersclosedunlessinstructedotherwise
• Mastercabinbedlinenischangedeverytwodaysormorefrequentlyifrequired,
all other Guest cabins are changed every three days or again more frequently as
required
• Makebed:downy/ironpillowcases,thetopofthefittedsheetandtheduvetcover.
Cover the bed with its daycover and scatter cushions ensuring all scatter cushions are
standing upright
• Thethrowshouldbeplacedatthebottomofthebed–arrangedsoitfallsahands
span from the top of the vertical bed frame
• Tidycabin,buffandmounttheIPadminionthedockingstation
• BuffGuestiPads,phones,sunglassesandglassesandleaveonthebedsidetable
• ReplacewaterbottlesandwashoutBaccaratglassesasrequired
• Dustallsurfacesandbuffthelacquerwithvinegarandasoftwhiterag
• Cleanfurnitureglass,mirrorsandwindowswithvinegarandasoftwhiteragto
remove finger prints and water marks
• MakesurethesuedearoundtheTVisallbrushedthesameway
• Checkthatthereisa500mlbottleofwater(refertoGuestpreferences)oneach
bedside table centered on a coaster
