ie. all laundry placed into the laundry bags will be laundered and returned within 24 hours or as close to as possible. Sometimes Guests hang items back up in their wardrobes themselves so check wardrobe rails for neatness
• TheGuestsaremadeawarethatwehaveafullyfunctioningandefficientlaundryon board, however we cannot offer dry cleaning in house – check ALL labels before washing any garment and check with the Guest before washing anything with ‘dry clean only’ instruction

• Straightenallclothesinwardrobesanddrawersiftimeallows,ensuringallhangers
are facing the same way etc – pay particular attention in the Master cabin

Hang items by colour wheel (going dark to light) or by garment type dependent
on how many of each category of garment you have
• Vacuumwhenpossible(wewilldoaproperhooverthroughwhenGuestsareoff
the boat)
TURN DOWN PROCEDURES
• Fullyclosetheblinds–leavetransparentshuttersclosedunlessinstructedotherwise
• Neatlyfoldthethrow,removeallscattercushionsandfoldthedaycover(askanother of the girls to demonstrate how we fold the daycover to make it easier to place back
onto the bed in the mornings) and place into the storage cupboards or Twin Cabin
dependent on cabin occupancy
• Foldtheduvetbackinastraightlineacrossthetopofthebed,removinganywrinkles
with downy / the iron depending on severity – another of the girls will demonstrate exactly how much of the bed we ‘turn down’ to ensure it remains uniform each night – please do not turn down the bed until the Guests are sitting for dinner
• Tiltthe4xpillowssotheyareonadiagonalslant
• CleanthebathroomandtidytheCabinasyoudointhemornings
• DimthelightsanddoonefinalsweepoftheCabinbeforeaskinganotherofthegirls
to double check with fresh eyes if time allows
