There is another box with 3 x lanterns already in and candles, please use this in the evening. Need sand from beach and a lighter!
The chefs should bring: lighter fluid, charcoal, BBQ utensils, cooking trays to hold meat etc., before plating it on guest platters
The deck should bring: chairs, tables, table for chef (can use ping pong table), gazebo, Weber BBQ’s, Watersports equipment, tiki torches/lamps, towels,
Deck are also in charge of taking the sunscreen bag and first aid bag (we make this up prior to each trip)
Please ensure the guest jackets also go with, should it be a cool or rainy day.
