GUEST STATIONERY
You can find: brochures, trifold cards, envelopes, cards(to fit the envelopes), and framed A4 paper, and notepads in the STB side sky lounge cupboard (closer to the paino).
The A4 paper is also used a lot as we use this in the menu and wine folders.
To order more stock – please email Nerys, who handles our stationary and marketing side.
The wine folders and menu stand has been designed by Jonathan Fawcett. Please note it took three months to get these made up – so should you need spares – ensure to do this immediately.
We currently use parker pens for all the note pads and for the master office. Please ensure you only use these at all times.
All guests info is in leather files. Also, in each file, please ensure stationary is provided for each guest: A4 paper, square cards and matching envelopes and a notepad and pen
BUZZER AND PHONE
We have a buzzer system which has three calling points and three pagers which normally the Chief Stewardess and the Service Stewardess wear. A buzzer gets left on the sun deck, bridge deck and main deck. Owner likes to have the buzzer close to him at all times so you can move it to where he is sitting.
I would still regularly check, however, this is a great method to avoid disturbing them, should you see they would like some privacy.
The phone on your desk can be reached by calling 145. Please ensure the late girl has this on her all night. The morning girl is then to take this off her – so someone always has the phone. Often guests call this number to receive morning tea/coffee service in their cabins.
