Outside of your family and friends, who in the
world do you care about most? Which segments of
society deserve to benefit from your purpose? List as
many as you can, then prioritize to three.
Find your Perfect Verb
Susan’s perfect verb is “challenge.” Others might
be: simplify, complicate, empathize, protect, organize,
interpret, shepherd, integrate, find, explore, present,
bring together, encourage, generate, break, reveal,
invent, blend, search out, discover, give, make, create,
champion, and change. To name just a few.
Put it all together
Review your notes and refer to the preceding
examples. Think of finding your Purpose Statement
like solving a puzzle. Moving words around until they
complete the following model.
