Chapter 1:
Unlucky or What?
You've met them. We all have. Those people who
always seem to be singing the same sad song: "I'm so
unlucky." They'll regale you with tales of woe: the
parking ticket, the missed flight, the job that slipped
through their fingers. But is it really just bad luck? Or
is there something else going on?
I’ve met plenty of people who say, "I’m unlucky.”
But if you look closely, you’ll find luck has nothing to
do with it; they’re just really good at making really bad
decisions and carrying them out really well. I know
this from personal experience. Been there. Done that.
Or maybe they're not unlucky at all. Maybe they're
just not paying attention to the opportunities that are
right in front of them. Or maybe they're stuck in a
pattern of negative thinking that's attracting more bad
luck into their lives.
