NICHOLAS BOOTHMAN
It's like a warning signal to be cautious. So, why would
anyone want to do things that scare them on purpose?
Our upbringing and education seem to contradict this
notion. But, as Eleanor Roosevelt suggests, when we
face our fears, we might find amazing opportunities
waiting for us on the other side.
When we truly embrace others – their stories,
struggles, and strengths – we undergo a subtle yet
profound transformation. We begin to absorb their
qualities, perspectives, and energies, integrating them
into our own being. This process opens us up to new
experiences and insights.
