NICHOLAS BOOTHMAN
But how?
Saying "no" wasn't easy. It felt… wrong. Selfish.
She decided to do some research. She Googled
"how to say no without feeling guilty." The internet, as
always, had answers.
She found articles, blog posts, even videos. But
most of them felt… weak. Apologetic.
"I'm so sorry, but I'm really busy right now…"
"I wish I could, but…"
Excuses. Explanations. Begging for forgiveness.
That wasn't her style. She needed something
stronger. Something more… direct.
She thought about Mark. His bluntness. His
unapologetic approach to getting what he wanted.
She didn't want to be like Mark. But she admired
his ability to set boundaries.
She realized that saying "no" wasn't about being
selfish. It was about being strategic. It was about
protecting her time and energy so she could focus on
what truly mattered.
It was about saying "yes" to herself.
She crafted her response.
