LESS STRESS: MORE YES
What about the things that actually brought her
joy? What about the activities that made her feel alive,
energized, and fulfilled?
She realized she'd lost touch with them.
Somewhere along the way, in the relentless pursuit of
productivity and the constant battle against stress,
she'd forgotten what it felt like to simply… enjoy life.
She stared at the blank page. It felt daunting. Like
trying to remember a forgotten language.
What did she enjoy?
It wasn't as easy a question as she thought.
She started to brainstorm. She wrote down anything
that came to mind, without judgment, without
filtering.
• Reading. Not work-related articles or self-help
books. Just good old-fashioned fiction. Stories
that transported her to other worlds.
• Hiking. The feeling of being outdoors,
surrounded by nature. The challenge of the
climb. The breathtaking view from the top.
• Painting. She hadn't picked up a brush in
years. But she remembered the feeling of
