The to-do list didn't disappear. But it lost its

Billie started to use her done list to plan her to-do
list. She looked at what she had accomplished in the
past and used that information to set realistic goals for
the future.
She also started to reward herself for completing
tasks. Not with extravagant gifts, but with small
pleasures. A cup of tea. A few minutes of quiet time. A
walk in the park.

Billie wouldn’t forget what life taught her.
