A reporter called out, “So privacy means exclusion?” Henry paused.
It was a trap.
It was also true.
“Privacy cannot mean exile,” he said.
Jinji’s head turned sharply.
“Then why does Level One restrict access to services?” the reporter asked.
Henry looked down at his notes.
The answer written there was clean.
Risk management requires graduated access.
He did not say it.
“Because we built this too fast,” he said.
The room erupted.
Jinji leaned toward the microphone.
“What Mr. Talbot means is that safeguards are continuing to evolve.”
“No,” Henry said.
