What did you have for breakfast today?
I had steamed potatoes with hummus, blanched
broccoli, and a drizzle of camelina oil – warm, plant-
based, alkaline, and wonderfully filling. This combina-
tion is easy to digest, rich in fibre, with plant-based
protein and beneficial omega-3 fatty acids. It’s
soothing for the gut, anti-inflammatory, and gentle
on digestion – providing a truly energising start to
the day.
Why does nutrition play such an important
role at MAYRLIFE?
Every meal is a message to our body. Our goal is to
relieve, regenerate, and rebalance the body. The diet
at MAYRLIFE is individually tailored to each guest,
designed to be alkaline, easily digestible, and nutri-
ent-dense. We prioritise natural, locally sourced
ingredients, and encourage slow, mindful eating,
thorough chewing, and proper meal breaks – provid-
ing the digestive system with the time it needs to
recover and function at its best.
How do you approach this ?
Each guest receives a personalised nutrition plan,
specifically crafted based on their individual needs
and intolerances. This plan is developed after an
initial consultation, which includes a blood test and,
when necessary, a muscle test to detect food sensi-
tivities. All relevant information is stored in our kitch-
en and used to guide meal preparation, as well as in
our nutritional training sessions. Even the recipe
suggestions guests receive upon departure are
tailored specifically for them.
What’s the best way to eat healthily and still
enjoy my food?
Enjoyment is at the heart of sustainable, healthy eat-
ing. By working with fresh, seasonal ingredients,
experimenting with new flavour combinations, and
eating mindfully, you’ll uncover the true joy and vitality
that comes from nourishing your body. At MAYRLIFE,
