The gap in the previous literature
Several papers have been studied regarding the functions of e-learning courses
and quality training programs for the development of skills in students across the
world, but none of the articles emphasized the functions of the programs from both
the learner's and instructors' perspectives. Instructors, as well as learners, play an
essential role in delivering the process of effective learning systems. Thus, it is very
important to consider the feedback from both the entities in gaining accurate data of
the research study. The gap in the previous literature has facilitated in selecting the
topic and conducting the study.
