Listing Documents needed for initial meeting with Client:

               Agency Disclosure - AD

               Residential Listing Agreement - RLA

               To be noted: Agency Disclosure is normally attached to RLA when you pull it up in Zip
               Forms.



               Buyers Documents needed for offer:
               Agency Disclosure - AD

               Residential Purchase Agreement - RPA

               To be noted: Agency Disclosure is normally attached to RPA when you pull it up in Zip
               Forms.


               Once offer is accepted, you will need the following steps:

               Submit the fully executed purchase contract to escrow. It is recommend when the
               purchase agreement is sent to escrow you provide the contact information for the
               following:

                   •  Listing Agent
                   •  Listing Agent's Transaction Coordinator
                   •  Buyer's Agent
                   •  Buyer's Agents Transaction Coordinator
                   •  Title Company and Representatives Name
                   •  Home Warranty Company
                   •  Natural Hazard Disclosure Company (NHD)



               Schedule a home inspection

               Schedule any inspections the buyer may want


               If on septic system, buyer may want to schedule an inspection
               Roof inspection, if agreed to or f desired by buyer



               IMPORTANT: Buyer chooses companies and order inspections, NOT the agent: Provide
               buyer with information on three different companies in each section above. Always tell
               buyer if they have a company they work with or prefer, they should use them. We do not
               recommend any companies, we just provide them with information.
