                 “Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at
                                              hand” Revelation 22:10.



               as there are different individuals, but the one


               absolute  rule  by  which  men’s  actions  are



               measured for eternity, is an infinitely perfect


               and  unvarying  standard.  It  cannot  be


               comprehended  by  the  finite  mind;  for  it  is


               infinite.  “Let  us  hear  the  conclusion  of  the


               whole  matter:  Fear  God,  and  keep  His


               commandments: for this is the whole duty of


               man.  For  God  shall  bring  every  work  into


               judgment, with every secret thing, whether it


               be good, or whether it be evil.” The “reed like


               unto a rod,” with which John was bidden to


               measure,  was  the  commandments  of  God.


               With his angel guide, the prophet was shown


               the  church  of  God  and  the  world,  and  the


               wisdom of God was given to him that he might


               record the results of the measurements. God’s
