This inner life history, as revealed by the

opening of the seals, was not for the benefit of

those who lived during the period in

ecclesiastical history, when it was especially

applicable; for at those times the prophecies

were not understood; but it is for those who

live in the time of the end, especially under the

sixth seal, that the wondrous love of Him who

ruleth in the heavens, may be read in the

events which occur.
