THE STORY OF DANIEL THE PROPHET
Stephen N. Haskell
“But go thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest and stand in thy
lot at the end of the days.” Daniel 12:13.
Second Coming of Christ
Lev. 16:20-25. When the high priest on the day
of atonement had made an end of reconciling,
and had placed the sins upon the scapegoat, he
laid aside his high priest's robe, and went into
the court and cleansed it. So Christ when
probation closes, lays aside His priestly
garments and comes into the antitypical court,
the earth, to gather out of it all things that
offend and do iniquity. Matt. 13:41.
Isa. 63:1-6. Christ comes clad in garments of
vengeance.
Rev. 19:16; Zeph. 2:1-3. Christ does not come
to the earth in priestly robes, but in kingly
garments.
