We have known them for a while, actually
the first friend we made here where we
stay.
They always greet us from a distance and
are always happy to see you, you don’t get
a lot of humble people these days and
they just reminded us how important it is
to live every day positively, being happy
and kind can heal your soul.
The sak people are loyal people of the
earth and don’t wear any brand of
clothing, they are passionate about nature

and are hardworking people, all the herbs
they sell they had to dig it out of the
ground with their hands, there are special
places these herbs grow and they know
where to find it. They also make special
medicine with these herbs, heading out to
heal the nation. They believe that their
herbs have the answer for most illnesses
and the community loves them.
They offered to take us to the mystical
place where they find these here, so we
will definitely have a future update on our
favorite Rastas. We want to thank the sak
people for sharing their story with us and
spreading their love and healing vibes
here in the Western Cape.
