           In conducting a brand and SWOT analysis, the StreetStrider needs more exposure and a
           more fresh and cutting edge branding and website to make the product more interesting
           and exciting to consumers and to also compete with its competitors as well as its potential
           competitors that may want to tap into the mobile elliptical industry providing it the market
           for such a product flourishes.

           From the research conducted the StreetStrider would be a promising machine to purchase.
           Wth the ease of the elliptical movement, it would not be to dif  cult to operate even though
           some practice may be needed to learn to steer and make turns.


           The StreetStrider is well suited for all ages from kids to seniors giving all a fun way to stay
           fit, lose weight and build muscle.

           There are many accessories for the product to personalize the StreetStrider to a consumer’s
           needs and to keep it in top performance.


           Although there are other brands on the market and the potential threat of other companies
           getting into this market, as along as the company changes its look and reduce the price
           more for the product, the StreetStrider will be a sustainable product for years to come.
