of Macedonia) in which the children’s work
was led by Americans, once asked CEF for
flashcards only (because they had their own
texts). At first they were even sceptical about
the flashcards. After they got it, they also
asked for CEF texts to accompany them,
explaining that the CEF materials are far,
far better than theirs and any others they
