        meeting with strategic facilitator Susan Weinrich to review plans for
        launching member and board polls and begin discussion on identifying
        key strategic issues facing the profession and the association.
          Workforce Development Committee: The committee met on
        October 6th. They will be participating in a “Merit Badge Madness”
        event being held January 3, 2026, at SUNY Oneonta to assist scouts in
