        Meeting called to order at 2:10pm by President Daniel Marvin.  V.   Executive Vice President’s Report

        Southern Tier     None present                               •  On Thursday, Sept. 9th at 7:00pm there will be a second showing
                                                                        of the FEMA webinar for regional meetings. This is being done to

        IV.   President’s Report
