Meeting called to order at 2:10pm by President Daniel Marvin. V. Executive Vice President’s Report

Treasurer Jeremy E. Thompson
Secretary Steven J. Willard • June 30th was the end of our fiscal year, she is working with the
accountant on our tax return and they have just finished up on the

Allegheny Plateau None present • There are 767 paid memberships so far.

Catskill None present • 400 dues invoices were sent out to previous members, some did

Southern Tier None present • On Thursday, Sept. 9th at 7:00pm there will be a second showing
of the FEMA webinar for regional meetings. This is being done to

I. Call for New Business: Conference

II. Consent Calendar: • Committee has met twice in the last week and once with Turning

III. Treasurer’s Report-
Jeremy Thompson reported: • Committee is preparing a “Plan B” in case the pandemic returns. At
this time no masks are required at the Turning Stone.
• Jeremy Thompson stated the committee recommended dues of $100/year
for the new classification of Retired Member. Motion by Duane Frymire, Constitution and By-Laws
seconded by Rich Moravec to approve. Motion unanimously carried. Steve Willard reported:
• Thank you to all for getting the new Retired Member category passed.
IV. President’s Report
