This Special Meeting was called to vote on the proposed By-Laws amendment to include a
Directors: new membership classification of Retired Member.

Black River Valley Stephen Gracey President Dan Marvin appointed Scott Gillis as Teller.
Catskill None present President Marvin requested a motion to accept the vote tally provided by the appointed

City Lemuel Morrison Teller, Scott Gillis regarding the Retired Member category which was 126 votes, 119 Aye,
Delaware-Hudson None present 5 Nay, 2 Abstentions.
Eastern Brie Strom Motion by Doug Reith to accept, seconded by John Abruzzo, motion unanimously carried.

Long Island John Abruzzo With no further business, a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Rich Moravec,
