Meeting called to order at 7:41 p.m. by President Jeremy Thompson. I. Consent Calendar
• Minutes of the last Board of Directors meeting, Financial Reports, and
Attendance: Committee Reports/Minutes were included in the handouts distributed
prior to the meeting and are typically all moved under a Consent Calendar

Long Island John Abruzzo Fund and reinvest the proceeds in the PGIM Floating Rate Income Fund.
