Romance or love story is a narrative text which contains the love struggle

of the main character. For example Romeo and Juliet, I am One of Those
Fool Man, Beauty and The Beast.
7. Horror stories
The next narrative text is horror stories. Horror text is a story that
contains scary stories such as ghosts, giants, and other astral creatures
that are much loved by the public.

8. Fables
Ever heard of stories or stories where the main character is an animal? So,
that's called fable type narrative text. Usually this text is mostly intended
for children as a bedtime. Example: Crocodile and Kancil, The Lion and A
Clever Fox, The Ant and the Grasshopper, The Wolf and The Stork.

9. History
History is also an example of narrative text. As we know, history is a story
about events and what happened in the past, complete with a chronology
of places, characters, and time of events.
10. Slices of life
Slice of life is a text that contains the daily activities of the author or

imaginative figures created by the author. One famous example of this type
of text is True Friends.
11. Personal experience
The last type of narrative text is the author's personal experience. In this

type of text, the writer can pour what he has experienced into an
interesting story that can be enjoyed and entertained by others.
