Overlooking City Hall, in the heart of Center City Philadelphia, the Center features state-of-the-art learning
technology and houses an interdisciplinary team of educators and trainers. This 28,000-square-foot facility
is the home for Penn Medicine Academy (PMA) and Nursing Professional Development and Innovation.
The Center’s Learning Labs featured live simulations of patient interactions, designed to help workforce
members develop techniques for improving the patient experience.
