Penn Medicine Rittenhouse
IMC and Stantec performed design/build services to renovated the former Graduate Hospital into the new
Penn Medicine Rittenhouse. The renovation converted existing spacing into a 11,000 square foot suite for
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a 15,000 square foot Outpatient Rehabilitation Suite for Good
Shepherd Penn Partners. The renovations also included the Penn Medicine Clinical Simulation Center
equiped with a SimMan patient simulator models to recreate a realistic hospital setting for team training
and procedural skills. The center also includes conference and breakout rooms, mulitple station skills labs,
trainer rooms and patient simulation exam rooms.
