College Hall
IMC renovated College Hall at Montgomery County Community College. College Hall is the center piece
of campus and is the last and most significant undertaking in the school’s five year construction plan.
College Hall houses the library, cafeteria, executive offices and student support facilities. The project
includes the renovation of the existing 125,000 SF and two multi-story additions. The work was done in
multiple phases and performed while the building was fully occupied and functioning.
