Historic Renovation
The Renovation of the second floor of the historic Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia was completed
while occupied without any down time. The project involved extensive demolition, new finishes, flooring,
lighting and architectural millwork, mechanical, fire protection and electrical upgrades throughout
common areas which are used for events, conferences, meetings and banquets. Extensive coordination
was required to facilitate city inspections and maintain conference schedule. Work was completed one
week ahead of schedule.
