The 320,000 square foot LEED Silver facility includes two, new, 5-story buildings overlooking
Quarry Lake with a 2-story connecting link and a 1-story parking deck for 420 cars. IMC fast
tracked both the core and shell and tenant fit out through preconstruction with IMC’s Virtual
Design and Construction Department (VDC). Building Information Modeling (BIM), allowed site
and foundation construction to begin while the buildings were still being designed. Building
features include cafeteria with full service kitchen, fitness center, coffee shop, executive offices
and conference center.
