The attribute of leadership is that what makes one stand out from the crowd! Leadership
Challenge is one of those events organised by the GreyCaps in Hill Top School that draws
attention of the city every year. This event put to test the Leadership potential of the contesting
candidates that were 44 in number in the initial round from various schools of Jamshedpur. The
judges were eminent personalities with glory and learning. Brigadier Ranvijay Singh and Public
speaker Jiju Thomas were there and the event was hosted by 'pickbrain' aka Giri Bala
Subramaniam himself.

Aditya Kumar Singh of class 11 'C' was awarded the second runners up with a cash prize of
INR 7500 after clearing group discussions, personal interviews and various other rounds.
