Dear Residents, Relatives and Friends,
Please allow me to take this opportunity to introduce myself to
you all. My name is Han Bu, your Director of Care Services at
Lansdowne Gardens. I consider myself fortunate to have been Grand Kids Day 2019
given this opportunity to join the Lansdowne Gardens family with
such a fine reputation.
This position offers new and exciting challenges for me, all of
which I am looking forward to. My qualification is as a Registered
Nurse and I have previous experience working in management
positions in aged care. Prior to commencing at Lansdowne
Gardens, I was working at Cranbrook Care's residence in
Abbotsford, Bayswater Gardens. In my 18 months at Bayswater
Gardens I had the opportunity to work closely as part of the
Cranbrook Care team and I thank Cranbrook Care for the
opportunity to join Lansdowne Gardens.

I have enjoyed getting to know all our residents over these first Mother's Day
few weeks at Lansdowne Gardens. It has also been an absolute
pleasure getting to know all the families. If I haven't met you yet,
please feel free to drop into my office to say hello. I believe that
everyone working in partnership, residents, family and staff is the
best way of providing excellence in care to our residents.
I'm looking forward to getting to know each of you soon. Glad to
be on board!
