Greetings, and welcome to the Lansdowne
Gardens Community.

What an amazing few months it has been!
I'm Shannen, your new Residential Services
Manager. I've had the pleasure of working
with the Client Services team for the past
year, and now, with the opening of our new
extension at Lansdowne Gardens on
Wycombe, I'm stepping into the Residential
Services Manager role. I'm here to help with
any food, laundry, administration, or
maintenance queries, so please feel free to
reach out.

A round of applause to Dyhanne, our new
Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator, for her
fantastic work on the revised program. The
residents are loving it, and we've seen a
great increase in participation. Kudos,
Dyhanne, and to the entire Leisure &
Lifestyle team!

In the kitchen, our Food Services team aced
their annual audit with the highest grade
possible, an 'A'! The positive feedback from
recent surveys reflects their dedication. Way
to go, Alon, and the entire team!

As we dive into the festive season, the
Christmas spirit is buzzing around the
residence. We've decided to keep the masks
on until the end of the year for a COVID-19
free celebration. If you're feeling under the
weather, please hold off on visiting. Don't
forget to do a rapid antigen test on each visit
and mask up while in the residence.
