Meet Greg Timms

Greg our Property Services Manager started working at
Bayswater Gardens one month after it opened in 2017.

Most of you will catch Greg running around the
residence doing repairs, hanging up art work, blowing
away the leaves and branches in the garden, tagging your
electrical items and lugging everything from furniture to For the Diary
supplies throughout the residence always with a happy
smile on his face.

high standards we have. Greg is always cheerful and
happy to help and has a soft spot for our all residents. Winter Music Festival ‐
7 July Everything Elvis
In his spare time Greg likes to have a cold drink and Christmas in July Luncheon and
unwind with his family and friends. Greg is an avid water 23 July Cabaret Show
skier and regularly skis up in the Hawkesbury. To our 5 August International Friendship Day
surprise when I was talking with Greg he plays the guitar 1 August Horses' birthday
and has for quite some time. He even admitted to having
been part of several bands over the years who have TBA
played gigs on a Friday and Saturday night at bars and August Cherry Blossom Festival
pubs around the Sutherland Shire.
Greg has been working on renovations around his home and
holiday home which takes up most of his time when he is
not at Bayswater Gardens.
