Common Areas
As well as the new wall colour, carpet and in‐ceiling lighting, we’ll be changing the wall light
to a custom designed one in the corridors. Also, you are already able to see the bronzing on
the handrails. The lounge and dining areas are all going to be refreshed with new carpets
and furniture. We have also had new statement lighting designed. This is an example of the
style of dining furniture.
These are some of the mood boards for the lounges and dining rooms.
Our art curator will also be refreshing a lot of our artwork with new frames.
Café
We are building a Café Point in the Piano Lounge with complimentary morning tea, baked in
our kitchen daily, tea facilities, and an Italian coffee machine. We are also installing superior
Italian coffee machines throughout the residence to improve the coffee we can offer at
meal times.
Public Toilets
The public toilets are all going to be getting an exciting makeover. These are the mood
boards for the two different styles.
