There was excitement at Bayswater Gardens in November
with film crews and photographers about. Some of our
residents experienced the day in the life of a model as they
had their hair and make‐up professionally done to participate
in the photo shoot.

Where possible we tried to feature our beautiful views across
the water during the photo shoot and filming. A series of
interviews were conducted for a couple of our residents, News from
family and staff to share their thoughts on their lives at
Cranbrook Care
Bayswater Gardens.
The new photos and videos will be rolled out across
Bayswater Gardens website and marketing material in the Amid much excitement, the second stage of
coming months. Thank you to all the amazing residents and Cranbrook Residences Bella Vista retirement
staff who participated. We hope you enjoyed the experience. village has been completed and has welcomed
eager residents to its vibrant, growing

overlooking the championship Castle Hill
Country Club.
With the development’s Stage 1 residents
settled in and enjoying the idyllic locale,
premium quality accommodation and
extensive on‐site lifestyle facilities, we are
delighted at reaching this next milestone at
Cranbrook Residences, which is setting a new
benchmark for seniors’ living.
The completion of Stage 2 adds 26 beautifully‐
appointed purpose‐built one, two and three‐
bedroom residences, as well as a cinema,
multi‐purpose arts and crafts room and a well‐
stocked library featuring a mix of classics and
contemporary fiction.
