Meet the Team
Julie Cheung
Registered Nurse
Hello! My name is Julie. I am a Registered Nurse
here at William Cape Gardens.
I have a husband, two children and five
grandchildren. I love going for a ride on the back
of my husband’s Harley Davidson and spending
time with my grandchildren.
I moved up to the central coast in 1993 and not
long after I started working at the Asian Haven
restaurant which is where I began my passion to
care for the older community. In 2015, I had
decided to carry my passion into aged care and
obtained my Certificate lll in Aged Care and in
2016 started working in aged care. I became
more passionate about furthering my studies and
I obtained my Certificate lV in Aging Support. In
2019, I had decided to go to university and
became a Registered Nurse in December 2022.
The reason I chose William Cape Gardens for my
place of work is that I heard very good comments
for the Asian Haven customers saying that the
staff are very caring. When I started at William
Follow William Cape Cape Gardens, I felt that I was able to be more
passionate and supportive with the residents and
Gardens their family, also with the staff and management.
I have a caring nature and love building a rapport
with the residents and family. I am passionate
about making a difference in their lives.
One of my proudest moments since starting at
William Cape Gardens was receiving an
outstanding achievement award.
I look forward to a long and fulfilling career at
William Cape Gardens.
