Rosa Diaz Rodriguez

Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant

I am Rosa, and I come from Colombia, the Working in Bayswater Gardens has brought me
dedicated Lifestyle Officer at Bayswater Gardens, immeasurable joy and reinforces my passion for

My journey began in 2017 when I arrived in
Australia with the sole purpose of improving my
English. Originally studied early childhood, life's
unpredictable nature guided me towards a
different path. Pursuing my passion for aged care,
I Studied the Certificate III and IV in Ageing
Support.

In May 2022, I embraced a role as a Personal Care
Assistant (PCA) at Bayswater Gardens. However, I
had an amazing opportunity in the lifestyle
department in December, I have decided to
transfer into the Lifestyle team, where I can bring
vibrant energy and dedication to the role.
Currently on the verge of completing my
Certificate 4 in Lifestyle and Health, my
commitment to professional growth is evident.

My enthusiasm has extended beyond the
workplace, as I have explored hobbies such as art,
travel, and dancing. Notably, I was once a
professional dancer in Colombian folklore,
infusing my love for movement and cultural
expression into my life.
