Day 3: Cordoba, San Javier
In the morning, we go to a mountain area with excellent views and stunning landscapes: San Javier, a quiet town located at the foot of Champaqui Hill in Traslasierra Valley. There, we will visit a winery where red, white and rosŽ wines are elaborated by locals. During the guided visit, we'll be able to appreciate its facilities, famous because they have two fermentation tanks and a wine cellar where 28 oak barrels store more than 1,585 gallons. After that, we con- tinue towards Posada Rural La Matilde which is a benchmark of the region due to its philosophy based on biodynamic, sustainability and ecological practices. Day 4 San Javier
Day to enjoy your stay in La Matilde, walking across the vineyards, farm, garden and corrals. Its
location, temperature conditions, annual precipitation and sunlight add to its terroir unique characteristics which allow La Matilde to develop organic and biodynamic varieties of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat. [B/L/D]
Day 5 San Javier, Cordoba, Buenos Aires
After breakfast, we start our trip back to Cordoba's airport. On the way, we discover Altas Cumbres by visiting small towns or a vineyard with its loca artisans and turns this trip into an unique experience. At some point of the trip, we enjoy a gourmet picnic in middle of the mountain land- scape. After this we continue towards Cordoba's airport. [B/L]
Day 6: Buenos Aires
Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we make a panoramic tour of the city. We start in Plaza de Mayo, witness to the most important events of the country since 1810, from where we are able to appreciate the surrounding build- ings. We continue to La Boca, where we explore its colorful streets due to the 'conventillos' and the famous Caminito street. Our last stop is Recoleta to discover the aristocratic part of the city, where Recoleta's Cemetery is located. Back to the
hotel. In the evening, we attend a Dinner Show, to enjoy the magnetism of tango. [B/D]
Day 7; Buenos Aires, USA
At the appointed time, you'll be picked-up and driven to the airport to board your flight back home. [B]
